Funny Good Friday

In past years I’ve posted some quite funny items about Easter, that’s why it’s known as Good Friday. Nahh, that’s not true, the bit about being known as Good Friday. Btw, the common belief that the name Good Friday comes from “God Friday” or “God’s Friday” is probably not correct. The alternative explanation is that the “good” part means pious or holy, an etymology supported by the Oxford English Dictionary.

If I can’t take credit for originating the term Good Friday, I will claim the honours for Funny Good Friday, which is what follows.
