- For those unaware, Israel Folau is a top professional Rugby Union player whose statement that Drunks, Homosexuals, Adulterers, Liars, Fornicators, Thieves, Atheists and Idolaters will go to Hell, and similar statements, resulted in Rugby Australia terminating his contract. Folau justifies his statements by reference to the Bible and has received over $2m in donations to fund a court challenge to the termination of his contract, notwithstanding his own wealthy situation and property portfolio.
